  • Analyze
  • Generate performance analytics
  • Improve our Services

This license is limited to operating and improving the platform.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have full rights to upload the content
  • You have obtained proper consent for any recorded calls
  • Your content does not violate privacy, intellectual property, or employment laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable recording and privacy laws.

5. AI & Analytics Disclaimer

Viros may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to:

  • Analyze call transcripts
  • Score performance
  • Generate coaching suggestions
  • Identify behavioral patterns
  • Provide insights

All AI outputs are provided for informational and training purposes only.

Viros does not guarantee:

  • Improved sales performance
  • Increased income
  • Promotions
  • Business outcomes
  • Employment retention

AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently evaluating any suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Viros platform, including but not limited to:

  • Software
  • Code
  • Design
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Dashboards
  • Analytics frameworks
  • AI scoring systems

Are the exclusive property of Viros, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
  • Organizations are responsible for managing user seats and internal billing arrangements.

8. Organizational Data Access

If you are part of a team or company account:

  • Administrators may access performance metrics and journal entries
  • Managers may view analytics and call analysis results
  • Viros is not responsible for how employers use performance data

Users acknowledge that employment-related consequences are solely between the user and their employer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Viros makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy of analytics
  • Reliability of AI outputs
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the platform will be free from viruses or harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Viros, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

  • Lost commissions
  • Lost revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Employment consequences
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Viros in the preceding twelve (12) months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Viros, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your uploaded content
  • Your failure to obtain call recording consent
  • Your misuse of the platform

12. Termination

Viros may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
  • Payment obligations are not met

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

13. Governing Law
